Warning and error messages when sharing

information

1035: Automatic compensation with overtime

The system automatically calculated additional hours on the specified day and added them to the time recording. For example, you worked 9 hours that day and have a planned working time of 8.4 hours. In this case, the system will automatically insert 0.6 hours as extra hours. These hours will count towards your current flextime hourly balance.

1036: Automatic balancing with compensation

The system automatically calculated short hours on the specified day and added them to the time recording. For example, you worked 7 hours that day but have a planned working time of 8.4 hours. In this case, the system will automatically add 1.4 hours as compensation. These hours will be deducted from your current flextime hourly balance.

1038: The visa already exists and will be updated.

Some of the dates already have a visa. However, the system recalculates the data again and approves it.

1039: The employee visa is already set.

This message is only displayed when setting the supervisor’s visa. If the employee visa has already been set, there is no new data check, but the data is directly approved and released.> br>

1045: Automatic break deduction made

The system automatically deducted a break because the statutory break times were not observed. The system supplements the break deduction and does not change any recorded data.

error messages

1031: The holiday credit is too small

The system continuously calculates the current vacation balance. The holiday balance must not fall below 0. If you have entered more holidays than the calculated balance, you cannot release the report. As a solution, individual vacation days can be deleted in the time recording and replaced by compensation in the time account.

1032: You have no wage types for automatic clearing.

In order to carry out an automatic comparison with the shift plan, the corresponding time types (wage types) must be recorded in the system. In the case of manual clearing, the employee requires authorization for the relevant time types. If automatic balancing is specified, the time types only have to be stored in the master data.

1033: The entry requires an account assignment (order, cost center).

Time types that are used for performance reporting also require the account assignment to be specified. For example, the time type “productive working time” must still contain the information on a sales order.

1034: There is a deviation from the shift schedule

This message only appears if no automatic time compensation or automatic comparison with the shift plan is set. If this is the case, the reported hours on the day must correspond exactly to the target hours according to the shift plan, otherwise this error message appears.

1037: The absence is greater than the daily planned working time.

For example, if an absence time type illness is entered, the daily planned working time must not be exceeded. If, for example, a target working time of 8.4 hours is provided for in the shift schedule, illness may not be entered for 9 hours. However, what is permissible is to enter 8 hours of illness and 1 hour of attendance.

1040: The permissible daily working time has been exceeded.

The office in your company responsible for time recording can set a maximum weekly working time limit. A daily working time of max. 12.5 hours allowed. If this is exceeded, this error message is displayed. In this case, please check the entered hours again. It is also possible that hours were recorded twice and that the weekly working time is therefore exceeded. If the entered data is correct, check with the for time recording.

1041: The permissible weekly working time has been exceeded.

The office in your company responsible for time recording can set a maximum weekly working time limit. The limit is usually regulated in a collective labor agreement (GAV). If this is exceeded, this error message is displayed. In this case, please check the entered hours again. It is also possible that hours were recorded twice and that the weekly working time is therefore exceeded. If the entered data is correct, check with the for time recording.

1042: The entry was not completed or has a value of 0.

This message means that there is an incomplete entry in the time recording. In the detailed time recording there is a started time entry without the stop entry. An entry with 0 hours is entered in the simplified entry. Both are not permitted and must be corrected. End the entry in the time recording by entering the number of hours or the end time. If it is an incorrect entry, it can of course also be deleted.

1043: Overlapping time entries exist.

There are overlapping time entries that overlap in the daily schedule. This means that, for example, the previous record runs over the subsequent record. Correct the dates and the overlapping time entry.

1044: The planned working time was exceeded with simultaneous absence.

On a day of absence (e.g. illness), the planned working time according to the shift schedule was exceeded. It is not permitted to work overtime on these days. Shorten the absence accordingly so that the planned working time is not exceeded.

1046: Unprocessed time request (vacation request) available.

There is an unprocessed time application in the release period. Arrange for approval from the responsible office or delete the temporary application.

1047: The statutory breaks and rest periods were not observed.

The settings stipulate that the statutory breaks and rest periods must be observed. If this is not the case, you must adapt and correct the report.

1048: The entry requires information about the machine (equipment).

There is an entry with a time type that a machine (equipment) requires.

1049: The permitted balance in time type balance group xxx was not reached

Your administrator can set a limit for the time type balance group (e.g. vacation/hourly balance). This must not be undercut. This error message can usually be traced back to too much vacation taken. Correct your time recording report or contact the responsible time recording office.

1050: The permitted balance in time type group xxx was exceeded

Your administrator can set a limit for the time type balance group (e.g. vacation/hourly balance). This must not be exceeded. This error message is usually due to too much hourly credit. Correct your time recording report or contact the responsible time recording office.

1051: The entered period exceeds the day

The period covered extends past midnight. The allowed end time must end at 23:59:59. Then start a new time entry on the following day.

1052 Cannot reset because there is a parent visa.

Resetting a visa, eg an employee visa, is still blocked by a superordinate visa, eg a manager’s visa. First remove the supervisor visa.
